The School’s 90 faculty members support each student in all aspects of Blair life, but an assigned academic monitor and student-chosen advisor play especially important roles in academic and personal development. Monitors support students on their educational paths as they advance through Blair’s curriculum, while individual advisors offer social and emotional guidance at every juncture of the Blair experience. INDIVIDUALIZED INVESTMENT Student progress is thoughtfully reviewed during weekly academic team meetings, and the entire faculty gathers four times a year to discuss fully each student’s development.
